Refund policy

Pre-orders

This is a pre-order. You pay in full when you order, and your ring is set aside for you then.

 

Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel any time before your ring is dispatched. Email help@findtranquillity.co.uk with your order number and we'll refund you in full.

 

Returns after delivery

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to return your ring, and a further 14 days to send it back. Rings should come back unworn and in their box. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage is paid by you, so we recommend a tracked service.

 

60-day exchange

You have 60 days from delivery to exchange your ring for another size or another ring, for any reason, while that size is available. If it has sold out, we'll refund you instead. Email help@findtranquillity.co.uk with your order number to start an exchange.

 

Sterling silver warranty

Every sterling silver ring comes with six months' cover. If the band stops turning, we'll repair or replace it.

 

None of this affects your statutory rights.
