Delivery and returns

Delivery

This is a pre-order. Every order is dispatched between 20 and 24 November, and we'll email you the day yours goes out.

Delivery is free to the UK and Ireland. UK orders go by Royal Mail Tracked, and Irish orders go tracked too, so you can follow yours from the day it's dispatched.

Prices in the UK are in sterling and prices in Ireland are in euro. Both include VAT, so there's nothing more to pay when it arrives.

Exchanges and returns

You have 60 days from delivery to exchange your ring for another size or another ring, for any reason, while that size lasts. If it's sold out, we'll refund you instead.

Changed your mind? You can cancel a pre-order any time before it's dispatched and we'll refund you in full. Once it arrives, you have 14 days to tell us you'd like to return it, and 14 days after that to send it back, for a full refund. Return postage is paid by you, so we'd recommend a tracked service.

Every sterling silver ring comes with six months' cover. If the band stops turning, we'll repair or replace it. This is on top of your statutory rights, never instead of them.
