Who we are
Tranquillity Rings is the trading name of Tranquillity Therapeutics, London, SW15. We decide how your personal information is used. If you have any question about it, email help@findtranquillity.co.uk.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, what you ordered and how you paid. Card payments are handled by our payment providers, and we never see your full card number.
When you join our emails: your email address, and what you open and click.
When you enter a giveaway: your email address, your Instagram handle and the ring you chose.
When you write to us: your message and your contact details.
When you visit the site: your device, browser, rough location and the pages you looked at, collected through cookies.
Why we use it
To take, send and look after your order, and to deal with exchanges, returns and refunds.
To send you emails about our rings, only if you have said yes. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can say no at any time.
To run giveaways and contact the winners.
To keep the site and checkout secure, prevent fraud, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
To keep the records the law asks of us, such as tax and accounting records.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the shop: Shopify (our store and checkout), our payment providers, Klaviyo (our emails), Royal Mail (delivery), Judge.me (reviews) and our accountants. Some of them store information outside the UK, with safeguards in place to protect it. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Order records for six years, for tax and accounting. Email details until you unsubscribe. Giveaway entries until the draw is finished and the winners have their rings.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that it needs to work, such as remembering your basket. Other cookies, such as those used for analytics or advertising, are only used if you agree, and you can change your choice at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or take a copy with you. Email help@findtranquillity.co.uk and we'll reply within one month. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
