Delivery FAQ'S

Which countries do you ship too?

We deliver worldwide! However, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: India, Mongolia, Brunei,Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, FYROM, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa, Ukraine, Romania, Qatar, Kuwait, Korea and Zimbabwe.

Please note if you are shipping to the UAE we can only to deliver to PO boxes, not street addressees, so please enter your PO box number as the first line of your address at our checkout for it to be delivered successfully. For all International orders, please ensure you write your full address in English at our checkout otherwise Royal Mail may refuse your delivery.

 

How is my Standard UK delivery sent? Do I need to sign for my order?

Our UK standard delivered parcels are sent using standard Royal Mail service. If no-one is present at your address, then a card will be left for you to re-arrange your delivery or collect your parcel from your local Post Office depot.

 

Tranquillity are unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail, however in the unlikely event that this occurs please contact our Customer Service team and we will try our best to resolve any problems.

 

How do I return my Tranquillity jewellery?

We understand you might have needed a little time to see if your new jewellery is perfect for you. If it isn't quite right you can send it back to us for either a refund or an exchange, under the designated timeframes below.

All UK purchases have can be sent back to us within 14 days of arriving with you! You will receive a returns form in your order, if you could fill this in with the requested exchange/refund you require, the team will process this for you as soon as possible. Unfortunately returns are not  free right now, but we're working in it!!!

All international returns can be sent back within 30 days of arriving with you - unfortunately these aren't free right now, but we're working in it!!!

Refunds will be paid within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

Due to Hygiene reasons we do not offer an exchange or refund on earrings and studs.

We offer a six month warranty on our products.

We recommend returning via a tracked service. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
